There is important info contained in the section below to enable you to attend the shoot, which will be different at every venue and date. You must ensure you check this page periodically and before setting out on your journey as important info can be posted prior to the event starting.

- Do not forget any of these as you will not be permitted entry without them.
The timings for the event are as follows:
- 15:00-15:50 - Arrival at site.
- 15:50 - Safety briefing.
- 16:00 - Event Starts.
- 19:30 - Event finishes.
- Please note: Timings may change slightly on the day due to various factors.
Carpark
At this time parking is to be at the RAF Museum Cosford car park, the address is Lysander Ave, Cosford, Shifnal TF11 8UP.
Please be aware, that it may be necessary to move the parking, if we do it will be updated here. So please don't leave on the day without checking here

What Happens
Once parked initially in a line along the rear disused taxiway and everyone has been checked in, we will then allow all to drive onto the airfield where you will be parked up, then whilst by your cars we will have a safety briefing, which once complete you are free to crack on. It is important you remain on the tarmac hard standings at all times, No walking across grass areas will be permitted for your own safety. This will be strictly enforced.
The TBAG store full of merch will be open through the evening, also TBAG will be serving hot and cold drinks, soup and a breadroll for a small charge, so please bring cash.
Please note that aircraft participation is subject to weather and serviceability of equipment.
We also reserve the right to cancel the event due to inclement weather (However this is extremely unlikely). If a cancellation due to the weather is deemed necessary, you will receive an email the evening before.
Important
Where we have announced engine runs, please bring your own ear protection, we may have limited numbers of foam plugs we can give out but this can't be guaranteed.
Please bring your own torch/head torch to help you see in the dark areas especially on grass.
We recommend the use of tripod leg lights or illuminous bands, these help when moving position, so as not to knock over any equipment.
