LGW'26 Terms & Conditions

  1.  Exhibitors may only offer for sale/trade or display, items connected with all aviation genres.
  2. Goods and equipment may be delivered to the event from 7am on the day, and must be removed before 5pm. 
  3. No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for the security of goods, money or equipment before, during or after the event.
  4. Any chairs provided and tables hired from the organisers must be left in the hall after the event. Missing tables and/or chairs will be invoiced to you at replacement value.
  5. No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for any loss or damage, however caused, to vehicles parked at K2.
  6. All transactions are between vendor and purchaser alone. No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for any transactions.
  7. Please take your litter home with you, or place it in the waste bins provided within the centre.
  8. No dogs or pets are allowed in the hall.
  9. SMOKING is not allowed, except in notified areas.
  10. All and any conditions that we have to abide by given to us by the K2 center at short notice on the day, will require all traders to comply also.
  11. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admittance, and also the right to require exhibitors to leave immediately should any of these conditions not be obeyed.
  12. Payment with your booking form will guarantee a place/requested position at the event as agreed. The basic payment covers hire of the space allocated and includes the provision of one 6ft (approx.) table and two chairs. No guarantee of a space can be offered if payment is not received with the booking.
  13. Failure to pay the booking fee required, without contact may see your space sold to someone else.
  14. Failure to turn up to the fair, without, prior warning from yourself, having not paid the booking fee required, will result in you being invoiced for your table(s) cost.
  15. Any refunds upon cancellation will be at the discretion of the organisers. If it is too late for the organisers to resell your space, and tables have been hired, the cost of this will be deducted from your refund.
  16. If a refund is granted, any banking fees incured by us will be deducted first.
  17. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event, for whatever reason, without penalty. Exhibitors will be offered either a substitute date or a full refund. This also applies to “Force Majeure” cancellations in circumstances where the venue becomes unavailable within a period of 7 days prior to the date of the event. Every endeavour will be made to contact exhibitors, but the organisers accept no liability for travel costs, loss of business, or other losses, however incurred.
  18. The organisers accept no liability for injury, death, loss of income, loss of business or other loss sustained whilst travelling to/from or attending the event. 
  19. Payment of the booking fee for this event is made and taken as acceptance of the above terms and conditions
