There is important info contained in the section below to enable you to attend the shoot, which will be different at every venue and date. You must ensure you check this page periodically and before setting out on your journey as important info can be posted prior to the event starting.

Don't Forget
- To bring your ticket with you for us to scan.
- Your Hi-Viz clothing.
- Do not forget any of these as you will not be permitted entry without them.
The timings for the event are as follows:
- 15:40-15:50 - Gather at nose of Museum's C-130
- 15:50 - Escorted onto the airfield.
- 16:00 - Safety briefing.
- 16:10 - Event Starts.
- 19:30 - Event finishes.
- Please note: Timings may change slightly on the day due to various factors.
Carpark
Parking is confirmedas at the RAF Museum Cosford car park, the address is Lysander Ave, Cosford, Shifnal TF11 8UP.
Once you have parked, at whatever time you arrive during the day, You will need to go into the museum and show your ticket at the information point, you will then receive a pass to put in your vehicle window for your free parking.

What Happens
The meeting and check in point has not been decided, but we will update here once it has been.
Once you have been briefed by the Treshold and Airshow team, you will be able to walk the static aircraft parking areas only, you will not be able to walk across the grass towards the runway and display aircraft parking.
The museum cafe in the visitors building will be open before the shoot, and will close shortly after the shoot begins once everyone is on the airfield.
We will scan your QR code on your ticket when you arrive and leave the airfield.
When you leave the site, you will be scanned out.
We also reserve the right to cancel the event due to inclement weather (However this is extremely unlikely). If a cancellation due to the weather is deemed necessary, you will receive an email the evening before.
