2026 Traders Booking Section
- Each space allocated has approximately 8 ft frontage, is 6 ft deep, and is supplied with one 6 ft table with two chairs. The cost of one space is £40.
- EXHIBITORS FROM OVERSEAS will only be charged £36.00 for ONE SPACE (not against the wall), but additional spaces will be charged at full rate.
- Extra tables (6ft) are available for booked spaces at £11 each. They can be positioned behind your main table(s)
- Corner spaces: At the end of a row, there is enough space to create an L shape using two tables within the 8ft x 6ft standard space, These spaces called Corner Spaces will now cost £60 for the space and two tables or £56 for overseas exhibitors
- Please request if you want the same position as a previous year and we will try to accommodate.

Instructions and the info you will need will be emailed in the weeks leading up to the event, we will not be posting passes out to you, when you arrive on the 9th you will be given wristbands.
General Admission Tickets
SUNDAY 9TH MARCH 2025
General admission is £5 on the day, but you can secure your ticket NOW. This will save time on the day as you will just have your ticket scanned by our team on the door and be straight in to the hall. You will receive your ticket immediately after you have completed the transaction via email. Make sure you have received it by checking your inbox and spam folder. You can keep this on your mobile device or print it out, its up to you, we just need to scan the QR code on it.
Under 16's are FREE but must be accompanied by a full paying adult.
