It's with great pleasure......
The Gatwick Aviation Enthusiast Fair is in its 33rd year and has, under the stewardship of Tom Singfield become the largest in the UK. In June 2023, Threshold.aero took ownership after Tom had announced he wanted to step away.
We will continue in the same manner as Tom, and keep things mostly the same but with some easier systems to help us move forward in these electronic times. But dont worry as the same systems Tom had will remain too.
2024 Traders Booking Section
Each space allocated has approximately 8 ft frontage, is 6 ft deep, and is supplied with one 6 ft table with two chairs. Cost of one space is £38.
EXHIBITORS FROM OVERSEAS will only be charged £34.00 for
ONE SPACE (not against the wall),
but additional spaces will be charged at full rate. Extra tables are available
for booked spaces at £11 each. Please ensure you have enough room for an extra table. i.e. We will try to squeeze three tables into two spaces, but two tables in one space would need to be in an “L” shape. Where possible, we will try and allocate end of row positions to those with extra tables, but this cannot be guaranteed. Please request if you want the same position as a previous year. Note that the ATM at K2 has been removed.

Instructions and the info you will need will be emailed in the weeks leading up to the event, we will not be posting passes out to you, when you arrive on the 21st you will be given wristbands.
General Admission Tickets
SUNDAY 21ST APRIL 2024
General admission is £5 on the day, but you can secure your ticket NOW. This will save time on the day as you will just have your ticket scanned by our team on the door and be straight in to the hall. You will receive your ticket immediately after you have completed the transaction via email. Make sure you have received it by checking your inbox and spam folder. You can keep this on your mobile device or print it out, its up to you, we just need to scan the QR code on it.
Under 16's are FREE but must be accompanied by a full paying adult.

K2 Crawley, Pease Pottage Hill, Crawley, RH11 9BQ.
The free shuttle bus will operate through the day between the K2 and Gatwick Airport South Terminal Drop Off Zone, for those arriving by train or plane. For details click the button.
