We collect information about you when you purchase event tickets, book on a tour, membership to The Touchdown Club and Planet Avgeek and every time you send or provide your details when contacting us.

The personal information we may collect depends on what you are signing up for. If you are attending any of our events as a paying customer, this may include:

When running events at military facilities, we may require additional details such as the details of the vehicle in which you are to attend. These details will be shared with the relevant security services.

If you are a pilot attending by air, some military locations may also require in addition to the above (passengers may also be asked to provide these details):

photographic ID

insurance details

If you agree to attend one of our events, we may supply your contact details to organisations integral to the running of that particular event, so that they can ensure your access. Third-party service providers working on our behalf

Whilst we do not have any third party providers working on our behalf, sometimes we may use another ticketing company for our larger events.

In order to sell tickets on our behalf, a third party company collects information in accordance with its own private policy, which we will provide a link to where needed.

Do we source information from publicly available sources?

No, we never take information from publicly available third-party sources.

How do we store your information?

All personal information will be stored subject to appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect against unauthorized or unlawful processing of personal information and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal information.

Threshold.aero will take reasonable steps to ensure the reliability of any employees who have access to personal information.

 Where we pass personal information to data processors, who process that information on our behalf, we will ensure that such data processors put in place an equivalent level of security measures.

How long do we keep hold of your information?

If we have no contact with you for 3 years, your details will be added to a “do not contact” list, so that we do not add your details to our database again.

If you choose to unsubscribe from one or more of our mailing lists, your email address will be removed from our database.
